About Rick

I am a graduate student in Physics at the University of California, San Diego. I work under Prof. Michael L. Norman at the San Diego Supercomputer Center. Our research group is the Laboratory for Computational Astrophysics.

My work is focused on several projects, including: the simulation software Enzo; a large display wall, called an OptIPortal; and a collaboration for sharing data and software tools in computational astrophysics.

For posterity's sake, you can also find my undergraduate academic history (including the classes I failed), and some of my coursework.

Like everyone else, I've got accounts all over the place, and more pages and profile to manage than I'd like. Some of these links are above, so this is just me being pendantic.
